Tata Safari Storme interiors – Tata made a huge makeover for its interiors with Aria. You get the benefit of change for the better in Storme too.

Once you are inside, you see the all beige dashboard. The color is a shade lighter than XUV. The positive about the lighter shade being, giving a more airy and roomier feel, the negative being more prone to catching dust.

The dashboard is soft plastic, simple and similar to current Safari.

You will miss the LCD Display that is available in Aria.

The steering wheel is comfortably angled. No steering mounted controls.

The best part of Tata Safari has been cabin space. There is enough head room and leg space for comfort. The last row though is not made for generously proportioned adults. The best thing about the seating space is the “inner thigh support”. Dropping the last row seats give you enough space to travel around with things like a caravan!

Overall, the interiors are a notch higher than the present Safari.

The main competition between the three cars is their performance

Mahindra XUV 500 is powered by 2.2 liter mHawk CRDi engine that gives 140 BHP power at 3750 RPM and 330 Nm torque at 1600 RPM. This car has a 6 speed manual gear box.

Tata Safari Storme has 2.2 liter DiCOR engine that gives 140 BHP of power at 4000 RPM and 320 Nm at 1700 RPM. Storme has 5 speed manual gear box.

Force One has 2.2 liter CRDi engine that delivers 141 BHP power at 3800 RPM and 321 Nm torque at 1600 RPM. Force One has 5 speed manual gear box.
