The Awesomest Panda on the planet!!

Plot: Does it really matter? Kung Fu Panda 2 is a joyride; from the very moment the first shot begins, to the very last scene (in my case the end-credits). But still for the sake of sanity, here it is. Po(Jack Black) is living his dream as the dragon warrior, when through a series of events, he encounters the fact that Mr. Ping(James Hong) is not his father. Master Shifu(Dustin Hoffman) is told that Lord Shen(Gary Oldman) has killed Master Thundering Rhino(Victor Garber), leader of the kung-fu council protecting Gongmen City with a weapon that threatens to destroy kung-fu! Hence set out, the dragon warrior and the Furious Five: Tigress(Angelina Jolie), Monkey(Jackie Chan), Mantis(Seth Rogen), Viper(Lucy Liu) and Crane(David Cross) to stop the evil Lord Shen and his plans to conquer the whole of China.
Po is back! And as was was promised, this is the year of awesomeness!! Throughout the entire length of 91 minutes, his antics would never cease to move you; whether it’s the edgy action sequences, or the slightly sober moments, the movie keeps you bound. Add to that, the 3-D effect and we’ve got ourselves a winner!! (Assuming you’ve gone for 3-D that is and I’d suggest you do!)
Apart from the non-stop humor, there is another aspect of the feature which needs to be appreciated; a message whose importance couldn’t be emphasized any more: inner peace! As after attaining inner peace, we’re able to break the shackles and attain greater heights. The movie ends on a great high, with Po, using his newly found inner-peace to destroy Lord Shen’s weapons; and then proclaiming Mr. Ping to be his father…
All in all, a total paisa-vasool film, not a single dull moment. You still have time left, go for your nearest theatre!!
I almost forgot, it’s a 4(3-D)/3.5(2-D) stars ouuta five from my side…!
