Box office report: Ek Tha Tiger grosses Rs 110 crore in six days

Salman Khan With Ek Tha Tiger All Set To Smash Box Office.
This movie released in 4000 theaters, expected opening day collection around 35 crores was guaranteed. And so it did!

Movie Review

The movie does not let you down, and you have to watch it.

Thus said, I will support my case with a few reasons. Firstly, the plot is fast and you don’t have to wait to think what will happen next. It is fast paced unlike some of the movies I have been subjected to lately. Although it carries on Salman Khan’s legendary stint of movies like Bodyguard, Wanted, Dabangg, where Sallu Bhai is a life savior and walks through most dangerous situations as if cutting through cake; you will still want to watch it just for the fun of it.

Tiger (Salman Khan) is a RAW agent (here I would urge you not to apply your higher thinking skills in the technicalities of the situations. The movie is only entertainment and not for GK). As you must have seen in the trailer, wherever he goes, his enemies are massacred. This time, the mission is delicate involving Zoya (Katrina Kaif). The inevitable happens and the two fall in love. But the twist in the story is (Do not read ahead if you intend to watch the movie soon!) is Zoya’s identity. The age old dilemma of love amidst war, love with the enemy arises.

The storytelling is simple, curt, to the point. No unnecessary frills, no unnecessary rona dhona or emotion baazi. Entertainment. Entertainment. Entertainment. That’s it.
