How it ended for Harry Potter

The wands were moving, spells were cast and action never got less… this is how most popular movie franchise of the decade ended. Frankly Deathly Hallows Part 2 is the fantastic movie to end the Potter-mania. The only thing bad about the film is that it’s the last.

So here it goes… Harry Potter and his friends now resume their search for the hocruxes and find one of it in Bellatrix Lestrange’s locker but eventually loose the sword of Godric Gryffindor, only thing that can destroy a hocrux. Now they learn that another hocrux is in Hogwarts and head for it, while Voldemort comes to know about Harry’s plan. In Hogwarts harry encounters Professor Snape but Professor McGonagall intervenes and the students prepare for the final battle. Ron and Hermoine destroy another hocrux with a basilisk’s fang in the Chamber of Secrets. Harry finds another hocrux in Room of Requirement and destroys it after fighting death eaters. Now they head to kill Nagini, who already killed Snape. Snape passes his memory which reveals that he was on Dumbledore’s side and Harry himself is a hocrux. Harry faces Voldemort in the forest where he is hit by killing curse. He goes into state between life and death where Dumbledore explains him that hocrux inside him was destroyed when Voldemort was resurrected. As harry comes back fighting starts, while Neville kills Nagini with sword of Gryffindor. Voldemort is killed by his own curse as Elder Wand chooses harry. Harry destroys Elder Wand. Years later Harry and Ginny see their children off to Hogwarts.

While for last movie, they saved the best. Deathly Hallows has been intelligently divided into two parts, while the first one saw absence of all the steam and action, the second one filled it. It was a sure shot way to attract people who after seeing part 1 would run to see part 2. Apart from that the movie stands on strong direction and acting, all the actors completed their parts fantastically. While 3D is another added feature for the film. The movie however gets away from the cult of novel and moves more towards technicality. The movie also focuses on romance between the characters and so called “epic” kiss between Ron and Hermoine completes it. The movie provides a much thrilling experience and epic battle at Hogwarts is one of the best battles Hollywood has seen. The finale however, gives much dark experience than the innocence shown in the Sorcerer’s Stone. While it might be the last but the movie is going to have long and everlasting effect.

  2. Just my opinion, but it was the WORST(yes, in capitals)Harry Potter movie ever. I mean Yates outclasses himself and is now the only man to have directed the three most worst HP movies.
