India is a peculiar country.

Here we talk more, listen less; we grumble over the trivial and forget the significant.. We fight for what is not and surrender to what we are entitled to. ‘Mountains out of mole hills‘ is not just a phrase here, its actually a way of life!  Our economy dwindles still we organize games that burn a hole in our pockets. We preach of the various multinationals we act as a home to and forget our millions still waiting for a morsel of education. The government with aplomb tells of the various laws it enforces and still no law stops them for pocketing that bribe from the mango people.

And moreover here life is abundant, easy to spare.. Life here is cheaper than those potatoes you gobble! If you ask someone then the tailor-made reply remains ‘ They are people! People DIE! That’s what they do..’
Oh yes! A handful out of   billions , well easy to part with, eh? Population reduced, lesser heads to bother about! Cheers!

Gross! :/

And the most important thing we christen these as Deaths! But as I am to quote ‘ These are sheer MURDERS! ‘ Yes you heard me right.. Murders I say!

How many people in this country of ours die a peaceful death from old age? 5 percent or so I guess..Maybe less.. Most of the fellow beings here just die untimely deaths!

Breaking news 28 killed in a fire in a train ..but well no problem the rail minister does not even bother to come and visit the horrific site.. People remember!

Another handful die due to lack of vaccination facilities or an open drain!  But well “So was written, so shall it be”.

A few couples die in the city due to the rage of another mortal.. And some more victims of another terrorist blast.. Okay, Chalo put the guy in a trial for years, feed him and free him some 20 years from now!

Our people just die here! And our govt.has nothing to show but an innocent , nothing-just-happened face to its citizens. These power men just drawl out empty words and promises.. And the next moment you see another terror act on the front page on the newspaper.. And sadly enough this has become the daily elegy of India..

The power men in lieu of their extravagant ways just gobble up all the public money which could have been used to reinforce a better public service and save lives of millions.. But as always said ‘ Two hands are needed to clap! ‘
