Everyone has his own choice of music. “playlist” varies from person to person. Although many crib that the “golden age” of music is gone. The songs today are short lived or somehow you tend to get irritated by them after listening too many times. Don’t agree? Well, try listening to Bhag DK Bose, the song which raised so many eyebrows and am sure you were listening to it n number of times a few days back. Play it again today, would you like it?
But I often wonder, at the same time, I cannot listen to an old song (which is referred to as golden age songs) also for long. So, umm…. Is the question then not of the quality of music but simply the simply the generation’s saturation level. We do tend to get bored by things very easily. Who cares anyways
There are some songs I have always liked and they find a place in my playlist (I have a very limited playlist now, after wiping off 10 GBs of songs from my laptop!)
Kay Sera Sera ~ Pukaar
I guess I like this because of the lively beats, the lyrics , and the dance that I am reminded of when I listen to it!
Pyar Mein Sau Uljhanne Hai ~ Kyun! Ho gaya na!
Again, its sort of a debate going on in the song But I like it!
Aye Dil Dil Ki Duniya ~ Yaadein
Okay, I know unlikely choice, but somehow I loved it when it was released. And I still do
Zara Zara Bahekta Hai ~ RHTDM
Aap Ki Nazron Ne ~ Bally Sagoo
Okay, this is a new addition to my playlist. Don’t you like it too?
Aaya Re ~ Jashnn
Again the beats I guess!
Aadat ~ Jal
Yep, I like this version more than the kalyug one. And yes, its my favorite heartbreak song
Okay, these are just a few Hindi ones. I guess they are long forgotten by most. Just felt like sharing it
