Event Description
MOKSHA is the Annual Cultural Festival of Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, Delhi. Held towards the end of March every year, it attracts a whopping 10,000 students from colleges all over the country. It is slated to take place form 16th-18th Mar. 2011.

This year, NSIT & EXTRAMINDS present you MOKSHA’11- The 3 day ultimate extravaganza with loads of events, proshows, exhibitions, workshops and online competitions to take part in.

Gear up for headbanging as the BAAP of all college rock shows AVALANCHE will return back with ‘VIATROPHY’- The thrash metal band reforming for their dream Indian tour. The Show-stoppers would return to sizzle you all with ROUGE-The fashion Parade. Brush up those moves as MUDRA- the Choreography Competition & OORJA- the Solo & Group dance competition would be back. Finally, Fahrenite- The Pop Night would mark the Grand Finale for Moksha’11. Having witnessed the presence of ‘Jal’ , ‘Junoon’, Kailash Kher, Mohit Chauhan &Javed Ali, This year we bring you Pakistani sensations ‘STRINGS’ who would again set the golden stage ablaze with sheer brilliance of their performance.
This year will witness MOKSHA’11 going outside the campus of NSIT into various parts of Delhi & NCR with the prelims for TNT- THE Amateur band competition being organized at Café Morison, South Ex.; Attitude Live, Gurgaon & Turquoise Cottage, Basant Lok where 20 bands from all over the country will fight out for prizes worth INR 40k with top 3 bands opening up for VIATROPHY at Avalanche on 17th March.
Also with all due thanks to our title sponsors EXTRAMINDS.COM, The famous kaviraj, Dr. Kumar Vishwas of “Koi deewana kehta hai” fame will be returning back after 7 years to NSIT, the place where he made it huge.

Other than these a host of other events like Theater fiesta, Nukkad Natak, Mr. & Ms. Moksha, Cine Fest, Salsa Workshop, Ambigram Workshop & many more are there in store.
With all this & much more on offer,MOKSHA’11 is going to be one hell of a cultural revolution. The golden stage is once again set & glowing to set the pulses racing.
