Romeo Ridiculous, Juliet Jerk

She chirped infinitely about how amazing yesterday’s auto ride was, or how long they had taken to sat good bye to each other the night before. I listened, and drank in every word with undying earnestness, as if I were to be quizzed any minute. I turned around to find my buddy, Mr. “if he’s immature, I am still clinging to the placenta!”, waving his cell in the air, sitting right under the teacher’s nose, trying to receive a text message from his love……..

…..So, my dear Romeos and their dearer Juliet’s, I really do hope and pray that did ring some bells inside your heads. As a naïve spectator, and honestly, a well wisher, I’ll just say, learn to love with all your life, yet learn to live the life you love.

After months of waging war against countless entrance exams you’re finally here! And while you enter your college for the very first time as an engineering student, you’re not thinking about your AIEEE rank or where you would have been had you scored 1 more mark. They made an offer I could not refuse – Mass Bunk

Its lecture time, and students are desperately waiting for the professor to arrive. He is late, and should have been here ten minutes before. Suddenly someone shouts, “mass bunk” “mass bunk”. The Kamla Nagar market is a fairly busy market located in North Delhi, and one reason it can get very busy is because it is located right next to the North Campus, and is the favorite haunt of college students. The market is located very close to HansRaj College, and is actually the best market [...]

The veiled feminine

“What is this place?” Ms. Oh-so-green-eyes exclaimed, a concoction of anxiety and amusement spilling from her voice,” I just don’t see any girls around!” I tightened my mouth, creased my brows and let my eyes run wildly over the myriad heads filing in and out of the canteen entrances, and after a quick inspection of [...]

Three Cheers to the Beginnings!

“JULY 19, 2011” Sitting in a college lecture hall amongst hundreds of “yet to be known” people from around the country and listening to the administration people and then the faculties talking about the NORMS,DISCIPLINE,SCHEDULES, and STUDIES of college (all the students will get the irony behind highlighting these 4 terms), I was attending the [...]

It Feels Good

There are certain actions in this world which are generally unnoticed, but when occasionally recognized, give one a feeling of being acknowledged for something they have done. It gives them a sense of accomplishment, a feeling of achieving something with what they have done. One such thing, a reward, a praise, I got that day. [...]

Engineers Ka Frustration

An “engineer” friend of mine once correctly said that if in case some engineer ended up being the Aamir Khan of Ghajini, then instead of “girlfriend was killed”, he would have “some engineer was killed” written on his body, instead of planning a vengeance on Ghajini, there would have been “Kill Professors” all over his [...]
