Waah ! Kya life hai…!!

(I should have written this article a long before, I mean last year, few days after my college life began. But somehow, I realized of putting down the changes. Although a bit late, but I do get time to look what’s happening, what’s going on in the box I am in )

Delhi Technological University, an Engineering college ( I don’t know about the life in other Engineering colleges and what students do there but I reckon they also follow the same track ), whatever it may seem from outside to students, from inside students lead a very uncommon and mischievous life. Whatever one’s parents may speculate or predict, they will always remain far behind the actual adventure of college life.

Bin maa-bhen kiye yaha students baat nahi karte ( irrespective of sex, i.e. it’s applicable for both boys and girls. Yaha ladkiya doodh ki dhuli nahi hoti ! ) Gaaliyo mai yaha, everyone is each other’s teacher. I can even bet if we organize a competition of speaking gaaliya between girls and boys, no doubt girls will thrash boys ! Those who do not have bad-mouthing or who can’t sustain invective are called *&^%@#. ( Anyways, everyone is *&^%@# in college, it’s also the most frequent word spoken by boys !)

The covet of night is not to sleep or take rest ( lectures take every care that students get proper sleep ! ). Raat hoti hai, so that boys can talk with girls and girls with boys. The purpose of night is to remain stuck to Facebook ( sabne pata hai, FB par kya karma hota hai !), movies on lappy, gossiping ( for girls ) and &^%$#@*!$ ( for boys ). Sarcastically, every night the topic of discussion remain same ( ladkiya for boys, ladke for girls ). Har raat ladko ko Maggie Baba jana hota hai via Oat, Mall Road and sometime journey also includes haunted lane. ( Sorry, I dn’t know if girl’s hostel have any such place inside it’s boundary. My sympathy to them :L)

Some poor chaps do not get time for playing in evening as they are busy with their sleep, hence they fulfill their desires at night. For some innocents like me, night is perfect time for opening bottle ( peene k liye ) and after that party karne k liye…

There are always some exceptions. Hence, we also have some stud, called Ghissu. These supernatural species are not included in this article.
