Who let the dogs out?

So dear Delhi Metro, after reserved seats for ladies, senior citizens; then a reserved coach for ladies, are we supposed to get prepared for seats for animals? I am sure animal activists will love this move, but as a daily Metro commuter, I feel obliged to point out the discomfort it will cause:

  • We cannot have normal “seats” for dogs. You need to make low floor seating space or something.
  • They are not as good at controlling nature’s call. So the obvious need not be stated in words. Though still for your hint, I will just say poop.
  • If you have bigger plans to accommodate different animals like perhaps cats next, the dogs and cats will get into  fights. So you will need to take security precautions lest the fights get out of hand
  • What exactly will be your plan of action to assure that lady animals get seats? Unlike us meek boys, dogs rarely have the generosity to give up their seats to fellow bitches. (pun intended!)
  • How will their tokens and entries be controlled? Dogs are very good at slipping below the gates.

These are just five mere problems stated. I would like to ask more, but these will suffice for now.
